1. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value for free shipping.

2. Destinations

We ship to the destinations available at checkout, including the United States. If we cannot deliver to an address, we will contact you.

3. Delivery timing

Transit times vary by destination and may involve international logistics partners. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date. We will email you about any known delays.

4. Order processing

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment is received. This is processing time, not a guaranteed delivery date. We send a shipping confirmation after dispatch when tracking is available.

5. Tracking

When a tracking number is available for your shipment, we send it by email.

6. Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs or import charges, payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise. Free shipping refers to the shipping charge and does not by itself include import charges.
